Biography:  Mr. Algar is a world-famous Hollywood celebrity...or so he'd like you to believe.  In actuality, Louis is a third-rate actor who has gotten lucky a few times in his thus-far limited career.  Not that any of this has hurt his already-oversized ego, though; Louis treats anyone outside of "the industry" as second class and isn't afraid to show it.
